|Location||38660 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain|
|Capacity||Under 11 persons|
We are available for daily private and luxury charters. We sail out to sea for the wonderful experience of watching the Whales and Dolphins. Then we head back to shore into a lovely Canarian bay to snorkel (supplied) with turtles. Relax and admire the breath-taking scenery of one of the world’s most beautiful and romantic island.
Arriro is more of a chilled out boat trip with less people then the other trips maximum 11 people. So there is plenty of space for everyone, its not a crowded or noisy boat and everyone can enjoy the peaceful trip.
Come down and join us on a “must do Tenerife” our boat is in the Puerto Colon harbour Pantalon 11.

We paid much less than other companies for this trip, so were doubtful, as the reviews of other people here were not great. Our beautiful boat has only 11 passengers. Nice, clean boat and enthusiastic English speaking captain. Nice, quiet sailing, where we have stopped to see the beautiful whales and dolphins! Then a small sailing ship, where we could swim and snorkel in the crystal clear sea. Cold drinks were as much as lunch, which was a nice baguette.

Birthday boat trip
Girlfriends birthday treat. Since we made this boat last year, we thought we would book it again. Well, what a difference a year makes after paying 90 euros (10 more than last year), we arrived at Pier 11. but the boat was very similar, but the people on this boat were charged only 56 euros per couple, I asked the boat crew to go and went with them the agent from whom I had booked, she went to the booking office opposite Pier 2 just to be told by the boat owners that all other people were wrongly calculated and the price should be 45 euros per person.
As the sea ran rather roughly and I was quite rough as the waves swam over the boat and the people went back, we went out to what Dolphin and Whale should have seen well.

The whole experience was a nightmare. We enjoyed this trip to snorkel and see dolphins / whales. We just saw a few dolphins, but they did not allow us to snorkel because of "weather conditions". although they were perfect. We were promised to snorkel, but they just refused when we were on the boat. We wanted to get our money back, but they refused and the boss hung up. No customer service at all. Rude and terrible. I will not recommend Arriro to anyone.

No snorkling on the trip!!! Be aware!!
We had promised snorkeling on this boat trip, but we landed on the coast for two and a half hours. ... . no snorkeling equipment and no snorkeling. Cheap sandwich and only one drink was offered. The weather and the sea was perfect for snorkelling, very disappointed, and the crew was rude when confronted with our dissatisfaction.

You dont get what you pay fore!
We wanted a snorkel trip, and only 30 minutes of snorkeling promised. Plus whales, dolphins, food and drinks. In a sailboat, we thought it was amusing. But what we got was not at all snorkeling. Later they told us that this was only optional, which was not mentioned before.

Would not recommend!
We booked this tour and got an e-mail confirmation for our trip. We arrived 30 minutes early and showed them our confirmation. They said, "No, you're booked tomorrow" and showed us their handwritten note of reservations. Several calls were made and in the end they said it was "human error" that they did. They had no boats left that day to leave the boat.

Arriro boat trip
We booked a boat trip on Arriro for 30/7/16 at Costa Adeje Resort * only drinks offered were cheap cans of warm pop - no champagne as promised * no turtle snorkeling, we did not even visit the bay and no snorkel gear available on request * Fellow traveler was sick an hour in the trip and it was not clarified, the toilet for the rest of the trip unusable * The boat engine failed, so that 40 minutes without explanation were stranded.
This meant that the boat was too far away from the shore to swim like us, too, for self-confident adult swimmers, not to mention children * paid 40 € per piece - same trip from other vendors available for 21-25 € Full rip off * When the agent approached to complain, they were not interested and we were sent to the boat owner * waited 30 minutes on Arriro owner to meet us.
He was rude, aggressive and claimed not to speak any English (he did it). The conversation ended with the screaming in my face that he did not care about English people anyway. A true charmer.

Brilliant Family Trip!
We decided that we wanted to go on a boat trip in Tenerife, and that sounded wonderful - only 11 on the boat allowed, with good views on dolphins, whales and turtles.
3-hour trip with food and drink included. We went at 10am with another family - 4 of us and 3 of them, just the right amount of people to make this a very personal trip. The captain was great, took us to the right places to see many dolphins and whales right next to the boat! Next we all had something to drink - and sailed into the bay to swim with the turtles - the captain let my husband and my child steer from the boat - they loved it!
All had been swimming a bit in the bay, with the snorkel provided, even though the water was FREEzing-it was only March! I have not seen turtles, though there were many others who have seen them. Dry again on the boat and got a champagne - nice! We had all the baguettes and more drinks - beer, sangria, water or soft drinks were provided on the way back.

Even better the 2nd time!
I have now taken the three-hour Arriro sailing trip twice; and it just gets better. Both times I was lucky enough to get the 'Big 3', Pilot Whales, Bottlenose Dolphins Sea turtles. Our captain was funny, talkative and informative. The delicious baguette lunch and the well stocked bar with beers, cava and soft drinks were appreciated. We arrived at some of the larger catamarans with more than 100 people passing by and I was so glad we decided to spend a little more and with only 8 of us a much more relaxed and personal trip.
