    Fantastic hike Masca

What a brilliant day. The Masca hike is a must, it was a breathtaking walk, beautiful scenery and unusual geology. Our guide, Rudi was great. ... very friendly, helpful and competent! The hike lasted about 3. 5 hours and we had many short stops. It is quite difficult, but good if you take your time. We had good trainers and managed it, but the company offers hiking boots and sticks (a must! ) For those who want it. It was a really well organized day that ended from a dip in the sea and a boat trip back to Los Gigantes and then back to our hotel.

    A great experience

I came alone from Russia to Tenerife in March to relax and celebrate my birthday. I understand that the nature of the island is the best thing I can offer. I decide to use all possibilities to explore and enjoy them. Near to my hotel Hovima Santa Maria was a nice travel agency Torviscasexcursions, where Eleonora and Joe told me all about the possible variants, and I bought all the excursions through them, nice people, good prices, professional attitude.
Among other things, they told about Canaventura, of whom they said they were the best on these tours and I am very glad I used their advice. I liked everything very much - especially the nature and the essence of the route - it was wonderful to admire the mountains on the bus, to observe the great landscapes, then to come down through the rocky gorge and then go back to the beautiful small town of Los Gigantes, passing huge rocks that are very impressive.
The tour was good and the guides were great - we had three of them - Rudy, Joe and David, all very professional, friendly and helpful, gave lots of information about the flora of the island we passed, and about the island's origin and mountains.

    Beautiful views

We went to Masca Gorge. It was excellent. Very friendly staff and our guide Sergio was brilliant. He accompanied us all the way and ensured that we were safe in the more difficult places. He was very conscientious and informative. We also loved the boat trip back to Los Gigantes. It was fun, even though we got quite wet! The descent into the gorge takes about 4 hours and a certain amount of fitness is required. Bring your own lunch. I could not afford the sandwich! At Masca beach we could not swim. The flood was in and it was very stony.

    Masca Gorge Walk

Stunning location and great walk, which is not overly exhausting. Boots, backpack and sticks provided by the company were good. The group was strong with our guide 20, which I felt for too many. Snack was a dry ham and cheese sandwich and a banana, not particularly good for the money paid for the trip. The guide we had hardly spoken during the trip and had no knowledge of the ravine, flora and fauna. Time on the beach and boat home were a great way to end the trip.

To be highly recommended for the fit and active

We booked three tours with this very professional company. Our guide Rudi is impressive in his skills in 6 languages and his ability to adapt to the needs and abilities of all his clients. We, 80 years old and 75 years old, were a bit ambitious in dealing with the Teide hike, but Rudi's support helped us to safely complete the hike. A Laguna and Anaga tour was less demanding, but gave us a real taste of Canarian culture: including a wine tasting and canarian dinner.

    Masca gorge trek

A stunning place and a well organized tour with a nice English and German speaking guide. We got shoes, day bags, trekking sticks, lunch packs and water, drove to Masca village and walked down the beautiful ravine. Then I swam in the sea, where the water was beautifully turquoise / green, and then we made a boat trip along the cliffs of Los Gigantes to drive back to the bus and fall home.
An absolutely fantastic day and scenery and our guide was reasonable and fun and gave us interesting information along the way. The hike is only suitable for people who are physically fit, but that does not mean that the elderly can not do that.

    Masca trekking tour

The tour is definitely worth it! Starting from an exciting ride over a winding road to the village of Masca and continuing with the descent into the ravine. Very well organized - we have equipment (shoes, backpacks), sandwiches, fruit and water for 3 hours on foot. The guides are knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the group and adjust the pace accordingly. The scenery is fantastic and when you arrive in Masca Bay, the ocean awaits you. Finally, the boat took us to Los Gigantes, where the bus was waiting for us to return to the hotel.

    Masca gorge walk

We were picked up at our hotel and drove to the village of Masca, where we got our equipment, water and a snack. We started our arrival in the ravine. A walk through the gorge. Our guide Matti was very knowledgeable and informative and regularly checked the whole group. The walk through the ravine was amazing, it took about 3 hours with our guide and made sure the pace was adjusted for the whole group.

    Professional agency

I used them to go to masa trekking, one of the owners is also the chauffeur. The minibus was very punctual, the trekking was worth it. The guides speak several languages and interact with people. You can even get trekking shoes, poles and backpack for free if you need. The motor boats are safe and comfortable. The staff is friendly and you can spend a nice day in Masa. the trekking is very easy but a wonderful corner of the valley from the inside. I suggest to improve the quality of the lunch package: a banana and a sandwich with a slice of ham and a slice of cheap cheese is a bit poor for the price.
